Wildbrook Cottage

"We are regular visitors to this magnificent property and are happy to share our favourite holiday destination with others (because we make sure we book it months in advance to make sure we get it when we want it!!). We LOVE the location which is close to Smiths Beach, the Margaret River Chocolate Factory (essential!!), Dunsborough for supplies and our favourite vineyards (Vasse Felix, Cullens, Brooklyn Valley, Clairault, Laurence and Saracen to name a few). The view is stunning and the peace and tranquility is appreciated. A 20 minute stroll through the hills to Lamonts for morning coffee and a browse through Gunulgup Gallery is a must. We were surprised to find the famous Yallingup Wood Fired Bakery a short drive away. There are places for the children to explore on the property, many interesting walking trails and enough space to play cricket between the cottage and the brook. There is always a fight for the hammock on the deck at the end of the day and the kangaroos at dusk are amazing to watch! A five minute drive to the beach to watch the sunset is also very convenient. The cottage is spacious and modern with a well equipped kitchen and great layout for a family with a separate parents retreat with TV. The chess board is well used and the soccer table on the verandah is brilliant for the kids. The BBQ on the deck gets a work out! We will definitely be returning as we always feel very much at home at this fabulous property. "
