Enjoy your privacy and comfort in this modern tropical 5 bedroom 5 bathroom beach house with 2 internal living areas accommodating up to 12 people. Each bedroom with its super comfortable latex gold mattress, has its own fully fitted bathroom attached, also a private outside area for your own time away from your group to read or snooze in the lush tropical garden .
A further common outdoor area with the giant BBQ and comfortable dining suite next to your own private pool and spa in a luscious modern tropical garden setting. The latest kitchen enables great self-catering facilities with quality appliances ,cutlery, dinner service. Only 100 meters walk to the waters edge with beautiful coconut trees casting their shadow over the golden sands of Four Mile Beach. A 5-minute walk to a selection of around 12 restaurants, bars , deli ,coffee and convenience shops.Full list available if requested.
Macrossan street with its world-class restaurants and other attractions is accessible by a delightful walk along coconut tree lined Four Mile beach. Also local buses service the area every 15 minutes.

Minimum 5 day Bookings . Shorter bookings can be negotiated at a slightly higher day rate to account for cleaning costs.

HOUSE PROVISIONS :
All beds are made with clean pressed sheets and all bathrooms have clean white towels (4 per person) bathmats , face washers & pool towels. Hotel style starter pack consisting of soap ,shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser in each bathroom. Laundry and kitchen are provided with tea towels ,sponge and starter pack for dishes and washing machine. For longer bookings the house is professionally cleaned after seven day.
