Unlike the holiday properties managed by the Real Estate Agencies, we supply all the necessary requirements some of which include tea towels, soap dispensers, dishwashing detergent and cleaning products, garbage bags, matches, tea light candles, fragrant toilet spray etc etc. You don't have to bring the whole house with you when you go away.

INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR PETS

Your pets are welcome to stay the grassed back yard is secured. The huge upper deck can also be securely enclosed for your pet's safety and enjoyment. A large kennel is available. Pets are permitted indoors however we have some rules for them to obey.


This house is styled to perfection with Contempary dinner ware, Sheridan Linen and modern furnishings even a Coffee Machine, the house is fully equipped with everything you could need to ensure your holiday is perfect. We have also included two refridgerators for large groups.

Linen (sheets and bath towels) can be supplied on request for a small surcharge.

THERE IS ALSO A BABYSITTING SERVICE AVAILABLE.

A short winding walk down the steps to the lake where you will discover your very own tinny, canoe and 3 wave ski's to enjoy this magnificent lake. Everything the heart desires.

Close to world class beaches namely, Blueys, Cellito, Boomerang, Elizabeth and Seal Rocks and there is abundant bird life for all you nature lovers. You just won't want to leave.

House Location

Pacific Palms is a small enclave locked in by Myall Lakes National Park, Wallis Lakes, Smiths lake, Booti Booti National Park, and the Pacific Ocean. Together make over 100 kilometres of lakes hugging the coastline with only sand dunes a lot of the time separating the lakes from the ocean.

Smiths lake is located in between Myall Lakes and Wallis Lake and is 20 mins drive south of Forster and 2.5/3 hours drive from Sydney.

The house is perched 20 metres high on the lakes edge overlooking Ski Cove. This is one of the prized positions of Smiths Lake as it is in a secluded spot overlooking and fronting the best part of lake. This part of the lake has lots of calm shallow sandy bottomed water to swim in (Ideal for kids).


The house is also a short stroll to the locals shops: bakery, grocery/newsagency/video hire store, butcher and liquor shop. There is also a hairdresser/beauty salon and the gourmet TLC Cafe (what more do you need)!

The liquor store carries an extensive range to BYO to our lovely TLC Cafe which opens 6 days and 2 evenings per week. Another great restaurant is Frothy Coffee, open 7 days and situated on the lake at Amaroo alongside the boat ramp. You can enjoy a morning coffee and then hire watercraft at the sailing club there.

Fresh seafood caught locally, as well as a chemist, deli, surf shop etc. are a short drive away at Blueys Beach there are also restaurants, cafe's, and clubs for dining out.

The local Bowling Club and Recreation Club provides a good option for families. There are other restaurants at Bluey's and Boomerang along with a village shopping centre with Huey's at Bluey's, a licensed Pizza bar restaurant.

Local Attractions

Just under 3 hours from Sydney between Seal Rocks and Forster

Only a short distance to Elizabeth, Blueys and Boomerang surf beaches. 20 minute drive to Forster/Tuncurry. Also worth the trip is the Whoota Whoota Look Out which is well worth a visit you drive through the Booti Booti National Park.

Pacific Palms, Wallis and Smiths Lake surounded by National Parks and secluded pristine beaches. Smiths Lake is seperated from the ocean by a natural sand Bar and great for all water sports and safe swimming for the kids.

There is a beautiful picnic area at the Seal Rocks lighthouse, just south of Smiths Lake, where migrating whales can be spotted travelling north in the winter. There are two nine-hole golf courses in the area, as well as 18-hole courses in Forster and Tuncurry, National Parks, rain forests, boat hire (Smiths Lake and Forster) local markets, bird watching, bush walking and four-wheel drive access to Sandbar Beach. The holiday towns of Forster and Tuncurry are only 20 minutes away and have great restaurants, cafes, many sporting facilities (including indoor aquatic centre) shops, movie theatres, ten pin bowling, magical whale and dolphin cruises and fun parks.

Coles and Woolworths supermarkets, plus many variety shops, can be found in Stockland Shopping Centre just south of Forster, while all essential items can be otained locally in the Pacific Palms area at Smiths Lake and Blueys.
