Description

A romantic and rustic cottage with all conveniences, is waiting for you! Cathedral timbered ceilings in the main cottage. Large picture windows to take in the view and long verandahs to relax on and to take in the sunsets - your own private 5 acres, yet only a 5 minutes drive into Katoomba.
There's a spa bath, plus 2 large bedrooms with ensuites, 2 sofa beds( 1 in the main bedroom and the other in the living room) a loft retreat- which also has a single sofa bed - for quiet moments; a full kitchen, and large lounge and dining areas.
All rooms have tvs, dvds and stereo units and there's a library space of books, videos, dvds, and a box of playthings for the kids.

NOTE: linen NOT supplied EXCEPT for stays of 3 days or more, that includes a queen and double bed, and one single, plus towels and hand towels...pillows, blankets, heaters and doonas are!

* if you require linen for 2 days then there'll be an extra charge - this includes towels and hand towels for both bedrooms and the single sofabed in the loft,OR the dbl sofabed in either the living area, or the first bedroom for all linen - of $70.00

Rates for 2/3/4/5 nights : 2 nights $550.00, 3 nights $800, 4 nights $950, 5 - 7 @ $1200 - the tariff for 7 nights is NOT $1750 as per Stayz website!!!

midweek stay of 2 nights: $440.00 - Mon to Thurs night BUT::
if you book Mon & Tues ( 2 nights) OR Wed & Thurs (2 nights) then the rate is $400 for 2 nights!!

"from the moment we walked in to this gorgeous cottage we felt at home. It has a well equipped kitchen with all you'll ever need and more; wrap around verandahs with an outdoor table and chairs at every corner to catch the sunshine or shade. Amazing views and we even heard a lyrebird singing. Our family loved it and can't wait for a return visit.
