Bayridge is located in a quiet, residential end of Bay Street, an easy walk to the beach, cafes and shops and a ten minute trip by light rail to the city.

Bayridge is a renovated, cute, 2 bedroom miners cottage with the 2nd bedroom being a loft style bedroom accessible by a fixed ladder (great fun for kids!). It accommodates up to 4 and we are happy to discuss pets staying as well.

The cottage is presented with lovely decor designed to make you feel at home and very welcome. There is a loungeroom with Foxtel, TV and DVD, comfortable sofas and reading materials, main bedroom with queen size bed (converted to 2 singles if required) and luxurious bedlinen, open plan kitchen/dining opening to courtyard where you can enjoy outdoor dining and BBQ's, the loft style 2nd bedroom over the kitchen with a view out over the courtyard, and a sparkling white laundry with washing machine and dryer and bathroom with shower over the bath. There's also a 2nd TV with Foxtel in the kitchen/dining area. Wireless internet broadband also included.

Pet Stays are welcome by arrangement.

Check in 2:00 pm, check out 11:00am. We are more than happy to be flexible on these times depending on other bookings at the time.

Standard Inclusions, Minimum Stays and Tariffs

At Boutique Stays we know how to look after our guests. Everything is included! There are no hidden extras.

Some of the things you'll find INCLUDED when staying at this beautiful property are:
- Interim or weekly cleaning for stays of 8 nights and longer
- On street (permit supplied) parking for one vehicle
- Broadband internet
- Exit cleaning
- All utilities
- Consumables including a welcome pack of luxurious toiletries and a range of frequently used household goods, such as quality tea & coffee, dishwashing liquid, etc
- Fantastic support from Boutique Stays - excellence in customer service and property management

Minimum Stays:
We have a 5 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 or 4 nights at our discretion within the month or if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays:
Spring Racing Carnival/Melbourne Cup: 7 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
Australian Open Tennis 2013: 7 nights
