Lovely 2-bedroom apartment in trendy inner-city cafe and shopping area - tram at the bottom of the road, 2 train stops to the city centre (less than 10 mins) - train or tram to everywhere. Perfect for couples, families or friends visiting Melbourne.

We charge per apartment, not per person.
The maximum number of people is 5.

Pricing is as follows:
3 nights = $690 ($570 if mid-week only)
4 nights = $800 ($680 if mid-week only)
5 nights = $950
6 nights = $1080
7 nights = $1190
8 nights = $1280
9 nights or more = $160 per night (apt serviced weekly).
Add 20% to prices for January, April, July, November and December.
Add 40% to entire booking price if dates include the Australian Open Tennis, Australian F1 Grand Prix, Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival and the Easter, Christmas and New Year periods.

Amounts are in Australian Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Porta-cots and high chairs are available upon request (at no charge) - cot linen is not supplied.

One free under-building car parking space is provided (maximum height clearance 2.2m). Also one permit for on-street parking.

This 2-bedroom, ground floor apartment is very well located in Rockley Road, South Yarra, a lovely and quiet tree-lined street with the Yarra River at one end and Rockley Gardens and the famous and vibrant Toorak Road and Chapel Street at the other. Take a leisurely walk, train, or tram ride to all Melbourne city attractions. The city train is just up the road and the tram is right at the end of the street. This is a very convenient and popular part of Melbourne.

The apartment itself is light-filled and well-appointed, with polished floorboards throughout. The separate kitchen has quality European appliances, including Bosch dishwasher, fridge & freezer, Cannon gas stove with dual oven and a microwave oven. The central bathroom is fitted with a deep Japanese-style soaker bath with shower on rail, heated towel rail, LG washer/dryer combo laundry appliance and a separate toilet. The open-plan living/dining room is stylishly furnished with a 6-seater dining table and chairs, coffee table, television/entertainment unit and a 3-seater sofa lounge, which converts to a sofa bed for a fifth person. The living room also contains a 76cm widescreen/flatscreen Sony television and Pioneer surround sound home theatre system. Both main bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The apartment has heating throughout and keeps lovely and cool in summer.

Internet is available at the cafes, convenience stores and public library at the bottom of the road.

The apartment is lovely and a complete surprise on walking in with the decor and polished floor! :-) Our only comment regards improvement is the sofa bed, not comfortable enough for anyone bigger than a 11/12 year old child. Our kid loves it there, he had a great time watching his own movies with the USB plug-in provided. The location is central and it just feels like home. Thanks again Jason for your hospitality.
