Description

Bosom Beach House is directly adjacent to the National Park, with only the untouched bush and beaches of the Beecroft Peninsula to the north. The house is surrounded by trees and native garden, and built on a rocky outcrop to catch the breeze.

This cosy house is close to Abrahams Bosom Beach and Currarong's magical rock pool (just a 150m stroll), and is designed with beach living in mind, with open plan lounge/dining, timber floors and galley-style kitchen.

Currarong is part of the Jervis Bay Marine Park, and is just a short drive (or paddle!) from the many other beautiful beaches and look-outs in the area.

IDEAL FOR TWO COUPLES OR ONE FAMILY

Bosom Beach House sleeps a maximum of 4 adults and two young children. (It is not suitable for six adults).

There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, and a small bedroom with 2 single bunks that are good for pre-teens. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels. Blankets, doonas and pillows are supplied.

There is one bathroom, and a small internal laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The galley-style kitchen is well stocked, and there is a 4 burner BBQ outside.

For entertainment there is a television, a DVD player and CD player. You will also find a holiday reading library, DVDs, and board games.

Parents, please note that there is no fence between the garden and the National Park.

We do not permit pets onto the property - either inside the house or in the garden.

The nearby rock pool is a fantastic swimming spot, so remember to pack your snorkels and flippers!

  • Recommendations

  • "Such a lovely house and location. Well appointed with parents' retreat, a great library and DVDs and music if the weather's not good. Just a couple of minutes to Bosom Beach, and kangaroos visit the garden every night. Magical."
    Brian & Bibi, February 2012

  • "Had a great time at Bosom Beach house - the amenities are very good for a beach house - an outside shower would have made it perfect for washing off the beach sand and sea salt. But its close the park so expect to see lots of wildlife. Very peaceful indeed."
    Graeme, February 2012

  • "Best location in Currarong, on the edge of the bush and so close to Abraham's Bosom Beach and the rockpool. The library, art and furnishings set this place apart from the rest in Currarong."
    Ben, January 2012

  • "Bosom Beach House was wonderful accommodation for the whole family; a library of books for me, dvd's for the boys, lovely art work, music cd's, walking distance from the beach and adjacent to the reserve. A lovely clean, peaceful and unique place to stay and relax."
    Eliza, November 2010

  • "The house is perfectly place with a lovely natural outlook. Lots of light and plenty of places to hide from the kids for a quiet read. Close to the iconic rock pool designed in heaven and maintained by neptune. We stayed for a month and it felt like 6 months. A wonderful spot to unwind."
    Peter, April 2010

  • "Great property - tastefully decorated, perfect for a family and another couple. Wonderful bushwalks on your doorstep. Very child friendly beaches near by. A great escape from the city."

  • "Our family cannot recommend highly enough, this wonderful and peaceful spot. You will find yourself right on the edge of the bush -- a kangaroo is likely to hop by as you sip your tea! We loved being able to swim or hike within minutes. Currarong itself is peaceful and snug; and near more beautiful beaches on Jervis Bay. The house itself is comfortable and well planned, and Denise and Stephen are a real pleasure to work with. Not only would we love to return, but we are recommending the rental to family and friends. We miss it!"
    Nancy, March 2010
