Local Area

North Avoca beach is one of the best surf patrolled beaches on the Central Coast, it is quiet and beautiful with a rock pool area - it is a 350 metre stroll from the property. Avoca beach with paddle boats and lake \'jumping tree\' is a 5 min walk along the beach. Best of Both Worlds is located between the cosmopolitan cafe, strip of Terrigal and family atmosphere of Avoca Beach. Both are a relaxing 15 minute walk and offer a mix of restaurants, boutiques, beauty and hair salons and more. Terrigal has the Crowne Plaza resort including day spa and gym and Avoca has tennis courts, surf shops and original movie theatre. The local North Avoca Beach has its own surf club and local shop, real estate and beauty salon. There are reserve walks and nature can be viewed at its best from the balcony including feeding the lorikeets and the wandering bush turkeys.
