**Driveway entry with parking for up to 4 cars
**Parents retreat including large bedroom, bathroom, walk in robe and private courtyard

**Large Gourmet kitchen with bi fold windows to external breakfast bar on barbecue deck. Has seating for 12 and hammock.
**Internal dining room with combustion fireplace (firewood supplied)

**Large loungeroom with floor to ceiling glass looking out to relaxing deck with hammock, sun lounge and day bed and the 180 degree bush and filtered lake vista (can be used as 5th bedroom with king and double sofa beds)

Local Area

North Avoca beach is one of the best surf patrolled beaches on the Central Coast, it is quiet and beautiful with a rock pool area - it is a 350 metre stroll from the property. Avoca beach with paddle boats and lake 'jumping tree' is a 5 min walk along the beach. Best of Both Worlds is located between the cosmopolitan cafe, strip of Terrigal and family atmosphere of Avoca Beach. Both are a relaxing 15 minute walk and offer a mix of restaurants, boutiques, beauty and hair salons and more. Terrigal has the Crowne Plaza resort including day spa and gym and Avoca has tennis courts, surf shops and original movie theatre. The local North Avoca Beach has its own surf club and local shop, real estate and beauty salon. There are reserve walks and nature can be viewed at its best from the balcony including feeding the lorikeets and the wandering bush turkeys.

Best of Both Worlds was the perfect environment for 4 nursing students to relax and unwind with nature surrounding us & a warm, homely feel. The warm fire radiates through the house and you can't help but snuggle on the lounge with a good cup of tea and watch your favourite movies!

The house was an excellent retreat and we had a wonderful stay. My favorite part of the house would have to be the outdoor bar and deck, but the rest of the house was also more than we could ask for. Cathy and Rob were very understanding and were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks guys!

We were only commenting on how nice it was that you could all be in the house yet not really run into each other, there were so many areas to hang out in. It really is the 'Best of Both Worlds'! The house is so spacious and has such a homely feel to it. It's only a few minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes drive to Terrigal as well. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the backyard which faces a lake. I recommend this house to anyone and will definitely come back if I stay in the area as well.

We enjoyed a fantastic weekend away at Best of Both Worlds. The house is lovely and very well equipped (kitchen, games, books), ideal for large groups. All the beds were very comfortable (something many holiday houses sadly lack!), and the setting and location were perfect. We will certainly be back!
