THE COTTAGE

With 3.4 metre ceilings, the rejuvenated interior radiates a unique sense of both space and intimacy. The airconditioned master bedroom opens to a covered deck and has walk through wardrobes to a two way bathroom with toilet plus large spa. A combined laundry and second toilet ajoin a gallery style study with french doors that open out to the courtyard.
A stylish and functional kitchen features stainless steel appliances including microwave and dishwasher.The airconditioned lounge/dining area links to a verandah with park views,plus a covered deck ideal for outdoor dining, BBQ and courtyard with fountain.
An internal staircase leads to the lower level with an airconditioned third bedroom, storeroom and secure lockup garage.

As well as all the facilities that are so close by in the Brisbane City Centre, you can walk to transport, 4 local hotels, resturants, movie theatres, banks, boutiques, galleries, antique shops, upmarket shopping, supermarket , convience stores and late night pharmacy.

The 'social' areas of the house were well proportioned and the wrap-around veranda/outdoor area helped to create an atmosphere of relaxation and happiness. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cutlery et cetera. I expected to have to buy extras but that was not necessary. Grocery shopping in Paddington is tops. The house is close to inner city links and makes getting around a breeze. The local area the house is in is pretty, quaint and very quiet. I really liked the house and enjoyed my stay."

  • "The picture of the house is lovely and when you get there it oozes with charm and charactor. The location is fantastic, so close to Roma Street Gardens and the City. We went up for a family occasion and though they live around the corner they couldn't believe there was a gem nearby, they wanted to stay there themselves. Definitely will go back with the family.
