Hermitage Cottage has been restored and furnished to cater for your needs and comfort.The cottage is self contained,air conditioned and your home away from home,with a fully equipped kitchen and pantry.Generous breakfast provisions are provided.Your hosts live on the property in a seperate cottage and are available to assist you as much or as little as you require.

The cottage has a large garden with 80acres of bush & farmland to explore.Cattle graze the grass,bushwalks to Little Wheeny Creek Rainforest,nestled into the foothills of the World Heritage Listed Blue Mountains National Park all without leaving the property.
Other local attractions are the Hawkesbury River,Open Gardens,Mt Tomah botanic gardens and Mt Wilson gardens.Golf,Macquarie Towns History walks and markets.

  • "A beautiful, self contained cottage nestled in the countryside. Very peaceful, with meticulously maintained gardens and a very comfortable cottage. Close to restaurants in Kurrajong, but all cooking equipment is provided if you prefer to cook at home. The hosts are friendly and hospitable but you can also enjoy total privacy with the main house being discreetly positioned away from the cottage. "

  • "The perfect place for a quick getaway from Sydney. As you are the only guests your peace and quiet can be guaranteed. The cottage was very comfortable,had a great atmosphere and what a lovely view from the huge bay window. We ate in the nearby village and visited Mt Tomah Botanical Gardens, an easy drive from here, picking up local produce along the way. Hosts were perfectly discreet."
