Staying on level 20 of this exclusive, boutique apartment building you will wake up to uninterupted sea views over the wharf precinct of Darwin. You will enjoy exclusive sunset views every night and be mesmerised as you see the city lights come alive. This apartment is fully airconditioned but you will enjoy fantastic sea breezes all year round.
This apartment can accomodate up to 6 adults comfortably in 3 double rooms or alternatively 2 doubles and 1 room with two singles. Children are welcome and are sure to enjoy their stay at Skytower as much as you will. A port-a-cot and high chair are available. Also available is a trundle bed with sides suitable for younger toddlers. A generous range of DVD's and various toys keeps the younger ones happy and entertained.
Well appointed
You should find this apartment is comfortably equipped with virtually everything you might find in your own home. The kitchen is appointed with quality Miele appliances including gas cooking, dishwasher and microwave. The living area has a 50" TV complete with Austar and digital TV opening onto a generous balcony with seating for 6 - 8, overlooking the city and the sea. There is a second living area towards the rear balcony with a lounge, smaller TV and DVD player.
All three bedrooms are very large and accommodating. The main bedroom has a queen size bed in it with a huge ensuite with double basins. The second bedroom has two single ensembles that can be configured to a king size bed. There is a queen bed in the third bedroom. There is a second bathroom with shower and two extra (seperate) toilets.
The internal laundry has a washing machine, dryer and clothes rack. Washing Powder is complimentary.
On the Podium level of the complex is the Pool, Gymnasium and children's play area.
The apartment is cleaned on departure, however for longer stays a cleaning service can be arranged, please contact us for a price.
Skytower Apartments
Sytower Apartments are only just 2 years old. It is a unique residential complex with only 2 units per floor. There is undercover and secure parking for two vehicles. On the Podium level is a generous salt water swimming pool, a Meeting/Conference room that can be booked by prior arrangement and a well appointed Gymnasium.
Skytower is well located adjacent to the CBD. You are just 5 - 10 minutes walk via a skybridge to the wharf precinct, Wave Pool and Convention Centre. The City Mall with boutique shopping is one street away and the alfresco Mitchell street with its pubs, clubs, cafes and Crocosaurous Cove is just 5 - 10 minutes walk away also. The famous Mindil Markets are only 5 minutes by car or taxi away.
Skytower Over Darwin can now offer a great deal on Car Hire with Thrify Rent A Car - 5% of the current advertised rate of the day. Please ask us for details with your booking confirmation.
Because Skytower is a residential apartment complex there are very strict house rules that are in place to ensure everyone's comfort. Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The price we charge is for domestic use and not commercial. Disturbances to our neighbours, including excessive noise is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond. Bond is $500.00
