There are many interesting things to see and do in and around York. Explore the historic buildings, restaurants/cafes, shops, historic walks,view car and residency museums, and take in the magnificent views over York and the panoramic countryside from the Mt Brown scenic lookout to name but a few. There are well planned drive tours and walking tours for those history buffs asd well as many festivals throughout the year.
Other interesting towns such as Northam, Beverley and Toodyay are a short drive away.
