Description

Welcome to this unique coastal hideaway offering self-contained accommodation suitable for one couple. The suite is totally separate from the main house, and guests have their own front and back doors and car-parking spaces. It boasts reverse-cycle air-conditioning throughout, with a lounge including a television with pay TV, a surround sound system with an eclectic collection of CDs and DVDs and its own extensive reading library.

There is a separate bedroom with a king size bed and a separate bathroom with huge shower, spa, double vanity and heated towel rail and luxury bathroom products.

The kitchen/ dining room has an automatic espresso machine (just press a button for a perfect, fresh ground, cup of coffee), microwave, kettle, fridge, electric frypan, all cutlery and crockery.

Highest quality bed linen, luxurious towels, soft robes and pool towels are provided.

Special touches include complementary champagne, home-cooked cakes and fresh flowers.

Its more than a home from home, its the perfect place to relax and recharge those batteries

Nestling in a hidden valley only two minutes from beautiful Surf Beach, The Sun House is situated amongst 1.6 acres of lush green park-like gardens that include several relaxing quiet areas, and boasts a swimming pool, a gazebo, a full-size tennis court and a large barbecue.

An easy three and a half hour drive from Sydney and two hours from Canberra, The Sun House is situated at Surf Beach, just south of Batemans Bay.

"I am a travel agent and as such have ridiculously high standards when it comes to travel and accommodation. The Sun House in Surf Beach is right up there with any 5 Star Hotel. The apartment is extremely spacious and furnished and decorated beautifully. Being a traveller, I loved the Asian influences. The bedroom is about half the size of my wbole apartment in Sydney and we loooooved the massive spa in the bathroom. The little personal touches, though, is what makes Sun House so special....food and champagne in the fridge; chockies on the pillow; books to read on the bookshelves; and the MOST INCREDIBLE fruit cake made especially for us. The owners Sammy & Dave are really friendly and have created a stunning sanctuary for their guests...."
