Bus at door and train within 5 minutes walk. 2.5K to the city. The railway is quite close to the house and trains can be seen heard. There is a shopping precinct at Edgecliff railway station with a very good selection of shops and cafes and also 2 supermarkets. It is only about 4 minutes walk from the house. There is parking at the centre also if you take your car to bring home the groceries.
It is a short bus ride to many lovely harbour beaches in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney
Immediate access to Cross City tunnel.

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. The low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday period.

A bond of $2000 is required; this is returned at the end of the lease after a satisfactory inspection of the property. There is a charge $275 for a professional departure clean.
As this property is pet friendly please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you. If so there is also a carpet clean to be done at the end of your stay. This carpet clean is carried out for hygienic reasons. Internet access available (optional extra) If you require an internet modem let us know before you arrive and we will have it ready for you.
