Country Charm Cottages

Description

Set on an acre and a half of beautiful gardens, our charming self-contained cottages are perfect for short or long term stays. Delight in the unique privacy and tranquility offered in each of our four one or two bedroom cottages. Designed with comfort in mind, each cottage is well appointed with open fires in winter, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, spa bath, Flat screen TV /DVD players and an iPod docking station. Generous continental breakfast provisions will be placed in your cottage ready for you to prepare and enjoy at your own leisure. A BBQ is located at each cottage. A guest laundry is also available.
Please note: A minimum of 2 nights is preferred on weekends.
Subject to availability, 1 night stays may be accepted mid
week, Monday thru Thursday.

Location

The cottages are in a perfect location to enjoy your stay in Beechworth; a ten minute walk will have you in the cafes, restaurants, museums & shops in the historic town Centre.

We're only 20 minutes from the main Melbourne to Sydney Hume Highway.

Local Attractions

During your stay you may choose to experience the gourmet food & wine for which the region is renowned. Other activities include bike riding, bush walking, gold panning, picnicking & touring, or may just relax in & around your cottage.
Take a guided walking tour and learn about past history of Beechworth, it's buildings and the colourful characters from our past. See th Information Centre for tickets.
If you have time, check out the Burke Museum and there's the Ghost Tour up at the old psychiatric Hospital; scary and very informative on how Victoria treated it's psychiatric patients
until closed in recent years.
