This stunning beachfront property is as new, the decks across the front give an 180 degree uninterrupted view of the beach and bay by day and romantic starry moonlight nights. When you walk through the door the view is breathtaking, and you know you have reached your dream holiday house.
Beachfront Luxury is on a quiet street and offers guests a relaxing, easy stay and car access. Because it is on one level you do not have to climb up and down, double storey stairs for your stay.
Just seconds from the beach and through your own private beach track you are sunning yourself on the golden sands of Culburra beach. Drift off to sleep at night listening to the sound of the waves... On a clear evening you can see millions of stars in the night sky.
The house has four generous bedrooms, and sleeps EIGHT adults comfortably. It also has three bathrooms and an outside hot and cold shower.
The separate master bedroom includes a queen size bed, gorgeous beach stone ensuite, lounge and TV, a bench for your laptop and two large decks that look right out to the Pacific ocean.
There is another queen size bedroom, two other bedrooms with two single beds in one and bunk bed, lounge and TV in the other.

There are three modern stone bathrooms, both with showers, one with a bath. All rooms have builtin wardrobes and drawer space.
The house has been designed to feel open, light, and comfortable...with large sliding doors to the decks, louvre windows, and a lovely internal pitched roof. Lie back in the comfortable lounges and watch a DVD on the LCD TV, or watch the sunset lying on one of the sun lounges outside.
The modern interior has been completed with warm natural colours and textures. It is stylish and welcoming, with quality fixtures throughout.
The lawn is flat and perfect for kids games...
Private access to the beach is at the end of the lawn..simply follow the short path and you are there!
Pods of bottle nose dolphins can be seen in the morning and afternoon surfing the breakers close to the beach as shown in the photos.
Apart from the beautiful house itself, your personal sanctuary features lots of extras not often found in holiday rentals. Great selection of DVD's and music. The kitchen is very well stocked with every appliance, platter, baking pan and glass you will need.

Culburra offers holiday makers the chance to have a REAL holiday away from crowds, cars and traffic jams. Even winter is a great time to explore the beach and lake and then snuggle up with your loved one/s in front of the heater with a glass of champagne and chocolates.
The local shops have everything you need, including Foodworks for groceries, butcher, chemist, post-office, surf-shop, Mitre 10, video/DVD rental, fresh fruit/veges, bottle-shop, newsagent, baker and Ten Thousand taste buds or Beach Eats for your morning coffee or lunch.
If you do not feel like cooking there are local restaurants which include The Mill at Pyree which serves a great cannelloni, a beaut beef and reef seafood dish, and provides excellent service. The Pelican seafood restaurant, Greenwell Point and local clubs offer delicious chinese meals.
Takeaways/home delivery available include Thai, Pizza which do home delivery.
Browse through Ocean Mirrors a novelty shop to see local artists paintings, creations or buy a gift. Jindy Andy Mill has opened up an organics shop, christmas decorations and garden ornaments and statues.
The beach has great surf, and is perfect for body/boogie boarders. At the southern end of the bay the waves are perfect for the smaller kids and there are two patrolled areas during school holidays.
There are local tennis courts within a short walk down the road. The terrain is flat so you can go for a bike ride and explore the headland and views of Orient Point.
Fishing is also very popular, catch bream, leather jacket or flathead and cook it up on the BBQ. Local fishermen have reported good catches this month.
Within a short drive you can visit other beautiful beaches such as Callala Beach, Callala Bay and Myola, Currarong and Huskisson. You are also only 15 minutes from Nowra, movie theatre, restaurants, golf courses, an animal park and wineries... and it is a pleasant drive to the quaint towns of Berry, Kangaroo Valley, or further afield there are the enchanting towns of Bundanoon, Bowral, Milton and Ulladulla so much to see and do.
Further on down the coast visit Mogo Zoo a privately owned zoo situated 10km south of Batemans Bay in the picturesque and historic gold mining village of Mogo.
