The Loft is 2 kms from Montville village and its many quality shops, galleries, dog-friendly cafes and restaurants. Montville was first settled in 1887 and today is known as the "creative heart of the Sunshine Coast". Within a 30 min drive one can visit the many markets (including the famous Eumundi markets), beaches, wineries, Australia Zoo, Glass House Mountains and other Hinterland villages such as Maleny, Mapleton and Kenilworth. The Great Hinterland Walks (including Kondalilla National Park and Mapleton Falls) can be accessed from various locations including at the end of this road near the beautiful Baroon Pocket lake and dam.
Montville's 'Artists on the Green' markets are held on the 2nd Saturday of the month from 9 am - 3 pm. They include local artists, potters, sculptors, leather & woodworkers, writers, jewellery, musicians. The local produce markets are held on the same morning each month.
Your Accommodation
Accommodation : 1-2 adults. Babies & todlers welcome (bedding not supplied). The Loft comprises one large queen-size loft bedroom with views and ensuite. TV, DVD/CD player, DVD library, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, electric blanket, all bedding & towels provided, ceiling fan.
COOKING FACILITIES :
The Loft contains a microwave, fridge, toaster, jug, china, glasses etc. Tea, coffee, milk & sugar are provided. No stove, though Montville's many high quality food venues are only 2 kms away - cafes & restaurants (many dog friendly), two 'English' pubs (dog friendly), takeaways, a small supermarket and many specialist shops eg locally made chocolates, fudge, wine, a bakery etc.

Dog Friendly Policy
Well behaved dogs (max 2) are most welcome. Breed and details required at time of enquiry please.
Dogs are allowed inside The Loft when a 'parent' is present. They are not allowed on their parents' bed and are not to be left inside on their own. BYO dog bedding. Bowls supplied. The garden is totally "dog fenced" for their security. It would be appreciated if dog droppings could be disposed of.
