Enjoy stunning panoramic ocean and beach views from Cape Woolamai to Pyramid Rock and beyond. Views can be seen from nearly every room in the house.
Watch the waves crash against the coastline towards Sunderland Bay, take in the magnificent view of the beaches that lead to Cape Woolamai, and witness beautiful sunsets over Pyramid Rock.
Comprises 3 double bedrooms (huge main with stunning ensuite & wall mounted digital TV); large open plan living / dining / kitchen upstairs with floor to ceiling windows; large rumpus room downstairs opening to entertainers courtyard & BBQ; family bathroom with separate bath; automated lock up garage and visitor parking.
During the colder days and nights the gas log fire adds warmth and comfort while you watch the rugged coastline and changing ocean moods.
The house is a stone's throw from the beautiful Surf Beach and one of the best surf breaks on the Island - Surfie's Point. Rockpools for adventure, discovery and fishing are just down the stairs; whilst walking and bike riding trails are at your doorstep.
Within minutes of all the tourist and shopping amenities the Island offers, including the Penguin Parade, GP Race Track, Cowes Town Centre, restaurants & cafes, markets, Churchill Island, Golf Course, Nature Parks and countless activities for the kids.
This house is perfect for couples, families, 2 family groups, or for entertaining travelling guests and small groups.
