The views from both downstairs and upstairs of this 2 storey house are 180 degree vistas of the beautiful Indian Ocean; as well, there are also extensive views of the hinterland to the east.

This large, newly redecorated, modern home is perfect for your next family holiday; or if a romantic getaway is what you need, this is your dream come true!

Throw some local crayfish on the BBQ under the spacious outdoor entertaining area while you entertain friends and family by the poolside. Or, take a walk to the beach, located just 400m from your front door.

The kids are catered for too with an 'inyard" cubby house, as well as a playground situated at the beach.

Mileura House

Mileura House is characterised by spacious living areas and upsized bedrooms, all beautifully decorated with modern flair. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for large groups (sleeps 10) wanting close proximity to the town and the beach. The house is luxuriously appointed with many extra creature comforts, including DVD, television, surround sound stereo with CD, spa bath overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean and to top it all off a below ground salt-water pool.

Everyone can relax in style in our spacious open plan living area. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped and contains many little extras, including a dishwasher, to make your holiday that bit more relaxing and enjoyable.
We have much more than the basic requirements needed to entertain in style.

Our bedrooms boast the ultimate in modern furniture with superior quality mattresses and bedding for your ultimate sleeping comfort. Linen is included. The upstairs parents retreat has its own living area and balcony overlooking the pool and on to the Indian Ocean.

Local Attractions

Dongara enjoys an enviable winter, being normally 2-3 degrees warmer than metropolitan Perth. There are a range of activities and sights:

Swimming
A range of beaches for swimming, surfing and windsurfing are located nearby, as are awesome sand dunes for boarding; or take a drive along the seemingly endless South Beach and find your own private piece of ocean.

Fishing
Excellent fishing. Throw a line in for succulent dhufish, snapper, mackerel and taylor
Bring your dinghy and drop your lobster pots. Alternatively try your luck catching a feed of blue manner crabs off the jetties.
