  • "Lovely charming cottage at an unbeatable location with everything you could possibly want or need. The facilities and fittings were excellent, while the view and ambience was truly spectacular. Taking an outdoor shower after a quick dip in the bay felt like such a luxury! The perfect place for a romatic getaway, I earned enough brownie points with my girlfriend to last many months just by booking this little gem!!"

  • "My partner and I stayed at Hyams Beach House with his parents who were visiting Australia from the UK for a long weekend in December. The house is fantastically located and watching the sea through the lounge window just so relaxing. Better to be down the end of Cyrus Street where Hyams Beach House is as the view of the sea not obscured by trees. The house is within 100m walk to Chinaman's beach which is one of the prettiest beaches we'd ever seen. The house is perfect for 2 couples with 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the garden and BBQ out the back of the property was great as it was a real sun-trap. The house, linen etc was very clean and it has all the kitchen amenities you need to BBQ/cook etc. Cafe at the end of Cyrus Street worth a visit and 15 minute easy drive to Huskisson with restaurants etc. Organisation with Karyn was all done via email and very simple. We'll definitely be taking more UK visitors there! "

  • "This was the perfect house, nestled in the gorgeous hideaway that is Hyams Beach. The house is just across the road from Chinamen's beach with the white sands walking track at your doorstep. You can see the ocean from the lounge and the room, and listening to the sounds of the ocean of a night time. The house is bright and inviting and clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed out time here, it wasnt long enough! Left feeling revitalised and refreshed. Can not wait to return for a longer time."

  • "What an awesome little cottage which has every thing you need. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore, loved taking walks along the beach seeing kangaroos and dolphin. Without staying at Hymans Beach House we would have not experienced these wonderful things. We'll definataly be making this a routine activity in our lives. "

  • "We had a wonderful time and hope to return soon - it's a perfect little place by the sea. The view is gorgeous and falling asleep to the sounds of the waves was a real treat."

  • "What a little cottage! This house is in a prime spot in the village just across the road from beautiful Hyams Beach. It is well equipped and tastefully decorated but it is the views that will amaze you the most! We travelled as a couple with our little girl (portacot provided) and can't recommend this place highly enough! Will hopefully be back one day! "

  • "The place was fantastic! Very relaxing. Perfect location just across the road from the beach. Only a short walk to the cafe for a morning coffee. Great to have breakfast in the sun on the verandah each morning."

  • "We loved this little batch, light and airy, nice design, very homely. Perfect for a couple or two as many of the others we looked at appeared to have lots of rooms which put us off as we didn't want to rattle around in a big place. It rained half the time but that was fine because of the lovely view. We really enjoyed our time there regardless of the rain and cold weather. On the last day we were saying how we hadn't seen any dolphins then a whole pod frolicked past, we also enjoyed the friendly cake eating parrots that visited daily. We thought much better to stay here overlooking Chinamans rather than Hyams due to the building work going on up there. After exploring Vincentia, Jervis, Hyams we thought the location was the best and will definitely go back. "

  • "What an amazing location. My daughter and I arrived late on friday night so the first sensation when we walked onto the porch was the sea breeze...sensational. Then we saw the bay lit by the moonlight... just beautiful. Very relaxing and you cant beat lying in bed and looking out over the water. We loved it."
