Relax, unwind and take in the peace and tranquility of Kow Swamp, a unique inland freshwater lake. Swampy's Holiday house, which was built by Sir Reginald Ansett in the late 1950's, is situated on the waters edge. It affords spectacular views of Mount Hope, and the sunsets and prolific bird life are a painters delight. Whether you are a fisherman, bushwalker or simply a nature lover we are sure you will find the country surrounds idyllic.
Inclusions
Facilities include a log fire, airconditioning, fully equipped kitchen, barbeque and 8 seater spa. The main house has two double bedrooms with ensuites. The bunkhouse is located at the back of the house and has one single bed and a bunk. There is also an ensuite bathroom for the bunkhouse. Please note that is is a minimum two night stay. We are pet friendly but pets are not permitted in the house.

We had the most relaxing, fabulous time, house was spacious,clean and cool, the spa was fantastic. The two dogs had a ball. I would recomend this property to anyone.

This is the second time we have stayed here, once again when we arrived the property was well presented the heaters were on and the spa was hot. Our dogs were welcome and ran around with smiles all weekend. Even though it was mid winter the sunsets were beautiful and the days sunny but crisp. Will definately be back again. Thankyou for allowing us to stay in this unique part of Victoria.

This was our second time at Swampys. We love the atmosphere of the place. it is a pleasure to wake up each morning to that amazing view, and we particularly like watching the sun go down over the Swamp whilst relaxing in the Spa. A great place with fabulous facilities.

Fantastic well appointed property, great for 2 families with older kids, the spa is the best after a full day of tourist activities in Echuca, and the sunsets glorious. Great for that much needed R&R, private, layout of house great with ensuites to all bedrooms.

Swampys was ideal for our stay - quiet, relaxing, great airconditioning, the hosts had put it on for us before we arrived which we appreciated as it was 45 deg that night - an isolated area but ideal for us to prepair ourselves for reopening our business for the New Year

Had a great time at Swampys the accommodation was perfect for 2 couples,well fitted Kitchen & good lounge seating inside & out, the onsuite bedrooms were large & well fitted. The outside hot tub was very clean & well maintained.
The house is very private being a kilometer from the nearest property. Would recommend to anybody.
