Description

The Terrigal Penthouse is situated in the heart of Terrigal but far enough removed from the action to provide a luxurious retreat.
The open plan living, private use of pool, modern kitchen and large balcony provide an environment for relaxation. Outdoor furniture and BBQ provided. The main bedroom has an ensuite and views, built in robes in all rooms. main bathroom has shower and spa bath.
The Penthouse is equipped with broadband internet; DVD player, ceiling surround speakers, large Plasma Screen TV with Foxtel provided and barbeque facilities.
This is a strictly non-smoking apartment both inside and out. The penthouse is one of three in a secure quiet facility. Lock-up garage for two cars. Security alarm and back to base security is a feature of the apartment.

A five minute stroll down the hills to Terrigals cafe strip - with its great restaurants catering to all tastes and prices, cafes, fish and chip shops, and wonderful clothing and homeware boutiques. Restaurants include Thai, Indian, Chinese, Lebanese, Mexican, Italian & Pizzas - with most catering for take away and home delivery as well. Or stay home and have a BBQ!

Or perhaps take in a movie at the historic Avoca Theatre, check out a restaurant or hire some water sport equipment at the Lake or for wet days the large Erina Fair shopping complex is a short drive away and offers large department stores, boutiques, supermarkets plus Hoyts and an Ice Skating Rink. Or stay home and enjoy the view!

The views were amazing and the plunge pool was perfect (especially given the average 35 degree temps while we were there). The recommendation made by the owner for dinner at the Cowrie was excellent, especially given the free pick up and drop off service."

  • "This really is penthouse relaxation! The view looking east out to the ocean and to the north up the coast makes you feel like you're on the top of Terrigal. Yet close enough that you can still hear the waves crashing. We enjoyed our evening drinks on the balcony as the sky turned pink, whilst watching the beach-goers catch their last waves and listening to the lorikeets skylark in the nearby trees. We hope to experience the magic again. "
