'WHERE EVERYTHING IS PERFECT'

with the cleanest air and the clearest water on earth.

With Boat Harbour Beach Houses you now have the choice of 3 fantastic locations; 'The View', 'The Waterfront' and now 'The Water's Edge'

The Waterfront is a one storey, two bedroom, superbly furnished self-contained beachhouse with a very private absolute waterfront location. As you enter the front door you know you have arrived somewhere special. The views from Table Cape to Rocky Cape, the ancient rocks and the sound of the waves instantly welcome you and your relaxing holiday begins.

The View is a beautifully furnished, two storey, three bedroom self-contained house in a lovely garden setting with panoramic views over Boat Harbour Beach, Table Cape and the endless blue waters of Bass Strait.

At Boat Harbour Beach Houses you are a short 100 metres
from the beach and casual dining at Jolly Roger's Cafe/Restaurant. Or if you prefer, the gas BBQ and dining setting on the entertainment deck will afford you dinner with breathtaking views. Either way you are sure to have a peaceful end to the day watching the sunset over Boat Harbour Beach.

So where is this little beach haven, Boat Harbour Beach?
It is a secluded beachside community on the northwest coast of Tasmania, just 10 minutes from he town of Wynyard. Wynyard is also the home of the Burnie Regional Airport, so you can avoid flying into the major cities of Launceston or Hobart and save yourself hours of driving to reach
the white sandy beach and crystal clear waters that have long been a favourite holiday secret for Tasmanian's in the know.

If the dates you require are not available at The Waterfront, be sure to look up The View/10356 or The Water's Edge/52817.

  • "As soon as we walked into "The Waterfront" I knew the accomodation was as good as it looked on the net. What can I say, we fell in love with the fantastic views that went on forever no matter where you looked. The sound of the water soothed and invigorated us. We had a couple of days of rainy weather but it was the most fantastic place to be as the water crashed on the rocks and continued to entertain us while we snuggled inside. Everything was taken care of, including jams and fresh milk, luxurious heating and a washing machine. We were so comfortable in our home away from home, we didn't want to leave. The local beach was beautiful and the restaurant, superb. And at night our little possum friends would come to visit. Definitely our favourite part of Tassie. Just wonderful. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us. "

  • "We fell in love with this place immediately. An ideal place for relaxing. The house was spotless and very comfortable. You can catch a fish off the rocks with every cast. The beach is breath taking. The most amazing sunrise and sunsets. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Do yourselves a favour and book today."

  • "What a wonderful experience we had at "the Waterfront." The moment we walked through the door into the lounge room our mouths dropped as we were amazed at the spectacular view that greeted us! The floor to ceiling windows and doors opened the way to a view that you thought only existed on postcards. Even though it was winter, we felt like it was spring already! The house was so well presented and clean, we loved spending time on the verandah. It was lovely falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks below. Everything we needed was provided. The owners were so friendly and helpful. The worst part was leaving such a gorgeous home! We will *definitely* be returning!"

  • "We had the most magnificent 4 days at the The Waterfront. The location is sublime-the view from the deck and in the living area is to die for and it is just a short stroll to the beach and cafe. Everything we could possibly want was provided for at the beach house (including beach towels). I would thoroughly recommend this property to my friends and we will certainly return again (hopefully for a longer stay)."

  • "In a time when green is a foreign colour to the island (and most of Australia in general), Boat Harbour provides their fairytale setting of Spring (in December). The Waterfront proeprty provides a great widnow for the contemplation of nohting in particular - wiht window panelling fronting out to Teh Bass Strait. IF you wish to hide in a fariytale setting for a day or few - this is the place to do it. Thanks - Ivan"

  • "We were privileged to stay at The Waterfront for two nights during our two week touring holiday of Tassie. The house and surrounds were superb and also all the comforts of home that had been left in the fridge and kitchen cupboards, not to mention the lovely fresh loaf of bread that was waiting for us when we arrived. It was a very enjoyable stay at Boat Harbour, and I will be spreading the information to friends."
