You will immediately experience a relaxed ambience as soon as you walk into the expansive living area. The modern minimalist design with clean lines, polished porcelain tiles and imported granite benchtops is enhanced by the beautiful views from the expansive front balcony. Your senses will be stimulated by the cool ocean breezes and a multitude of views north to Broadbeach skyline, south to the local reserve with playground, and west to the picturesque hinterland

Located 100 metres from the local retail village of Nobby Beach which incorporates hair salons, beauty parlours, convenience stores, transportation and intimate casual restaurants.

Mermaid and Nobby Beach are approximately 2km south of Broadbeach and 5km South of Surfers Paradise. Close by for ease of local transport, yet far enough away from the hussle and bussle to indulge in pure relaxation.
