Nestled in the Southern Highlands of NSW, on one hundred & thirty acres is Willowview.

On this property are our 2 farmstays Ferndale & Fairy Meadow. Ferndale is the original, restored, late 19th century farm house pictured above.

We also offer cabin style accommodation in Fairy Meadow.

Escape the rush and noise of city life, come and enjoy our relaxing property on the Wollondilly River and enjoy our many activities & attractions. Only 90 mins from Sydney CBD.

Canoeing, People friendly farm animals, feed the Chooks, pat the Goats, Alpacas, Donkeys, Sheep, also many Ponies and Horses. Bushwalking, 4x4 ATV rides

Or just relax with Meditation & Healing.

Children aged between 2 - 12 are $35.00 per child.

Pony Rides FROM $15.00

Horse Rides FROM $30.00 per hour

4x4 ATV rides $20.00 a half hour

Wheelchair Access.

All Pets most welcome, please contact us first

  • "An amazing, relaxing experience. Feeding the animals, horse riding, canoeing and just relaxing on the veranda watching the sun set! We had a fabulous 5 days and did not want to leave. We have already booked again!! Jan is just wonderful and you couldn't ask for a better "host", we almost felt like family!. Can't wait for our next holiday there. Back to reality in Syndey....Agghhhh"

  • "This place is just magic and you couldn't ask for a better host! This is a place where all of the animals are not put to use in any commercial way. Many of the animals have been retired because of injury or illness. Jan has created a place where these animals are free to be themselves and enjoy their lives and habilitation in an environment of peace and tranquility. The same principle applies to the guests. This is a place of healing and nurturance - truly unique!"

  • "Jan is a wonderful and caring person spending time with our kids and their friends.The farmhouse was great to stay in with open fire,great views of mist covered valley in the morning and very comfortable.Kids loved being able to feed and help with the farm animals, as well as canoeing on the river and enjoying the teepee.We will be back as kids want to do more there as well as horse riding and ATV riding with Jan.Highly recommend it for kids(mine are 12 and 14) and parents to relax and enjoy whilst kids out farming"

The house is comfortable and ample for two families and it is great having the large living with a fireplace, while the TV is in another room.....great to send the kids off there when the parents want a chat and some peace. The kids loved everything from feeding the animals, grooming and riding the ponies, to tearing around on the quad bike. We will definitely be back, in my opinion there is no other farmstay like it!"
