accommodation, architect designed and built with guests in
mind. Upstairs the master bedroom has king size bed with
private veranda, it's own separate lounge area, dressing
room and bathroom with deep soaker bath. Open up bi-fold doors off the upstairs lounge and laze on sun drenched
veranda's fanned by gentle sea breezes or curl up on a
comfy lounge.

Cook a gourmet meal in the new kitchen with it's granite
benches and stainless steel Italian appliances, dishwasher
and microwave oven.

Nautica is ideal exclusive accommodation for a couple to
enjoy or bring along friends. Downstairs are the second and
third bedrooms, one queen and one single both with built in
robes and large bathroom. The house will sleep up to five
guests but also lends itself to a romantic beach getaway for
two. Just a three minute walk to the beach for an early
morning stroll or to catch a wave.

Top quality, towels, linen, personal soaps, bubble bath and
body lotions are all supplied for guests at no extra cost.
Free local calls and Internet provided, undercover parking, bbq area, tea, coffee and milk supplied for your arrival.

Location

Located one and a half hours drive from Sydney and two hours from Canberra in the village of Gerringong. Nautica is just a three minute stroll to Werri surf beach and a ten minute stroll to the village centre, where you will find cafes, restaurants and shops. A great base for so many things to see and do on the south coast.


Price

Weekend: 1 couple 2 nights = $530
extra person $50 per night.

Midweek: 1 couple 2 nights = $400
extra person $50 per night.

Weekly: High season $2200 for up to four guests
Shoulder season $1600 for up to four guests
Midseason $1400 for up to four guests
Low season $900 for up to four guests

Seven Mile Beach and Werri Beach, great surf, wonderful beaches for a romantic sunset stroll.
Minnamurra falls and rain forest walk, a must do.
Kiama blowhole and harbour.
Gerringong village has a great variety of cafes and speciality shops just a short stroll from Nautica.
The villages of kiama. Berry and Jamberoo all just a short drive away.
Jamberoo recreation park and wave pools.
18 hole seaside golf course.
Vineyards at Gerringong, Jaspers brush and Coolangatta.
Have a wonderful canoe or kayak trip on the river in Kangaroo Valley. Take a picnic, a great day out.

Thank you for a beautiful home in many ways. A haven from the city treadmill! Very impressed with the cleanliness and so nice to walk on clean floors.
