This quality townhouse is situated in the heart of Adelaide’s number one beachside suburb, Glenelg.

The adjacent kitchen has a full size fridge with gas cook top, electric oven, microwave and crockery and cutlery.
The property has 2 split system air conditioners (upstairs and downstairs) and wireless broadband internet (additional cost).
The property is located on Sussex St only metres from Glenelg's main street, Jetty road. Along Jetty Road you will find cafes, restaurants, pubs, retail outlets and more. Nearby is the Holdfast Shores Marina, Harbour Town (Adelaide's only Direct Factory Outlet) and Adelaide Airport (domestic & international).
Glenelg’s popular sandy beach is only a short walk away as is the tram and other public transport. There is something for everyone in Glenelg; however if you want more, Adelaide’s CBD is only a short tram ride away with trams coming and going regularly.
The Durham can accommodate up to 5 guests in beds (1 queen, 1 set of bunk beds and 1 single bed on landing at top of stairs which can also be used as a day bed).
Large groups - together with adjacent properties groups of up to 40 guests can be accommodated.
