THE STUDIO

Description

"The Studio" is a two-level 1 bedroom cottage at the rear of the main house about 20 metres from Saratoga wharf. It is private, with its own garden and has lovely views of Brisbane Water. Downstairs is the living and eating area equipped with small fridge, microwave, TV, video and radio. Upstairs is the large bed-sitting room, balcony and en-suite. Dutch, German, French & Italian languages are spoken.

LOCATION

"Saratoga is a 10-15 minute drive to Avoca & Terrigal surfing beaches, excellent cafes and restaurants. The village is located across Brisbane Water from Gosford, sits on a peninsula close to Kincumber and Davistown and has a waterfront reserve near the wetlands with tennis courts and a cricket pitch. Davistown, a fishing and boating paradise is about 2 minutes drive away. Also at Davistown is the popular refurbished RSL. Its bars and restaurants are frequented by both tourists and locals. 5 minutes drive from Saratoga is Kincumber which has a 24 hr. 7 day large supermarket, cinema and restaurants. The Kincumber pub is across the road... Erina Fair, one of the largest shopping complexes in the state, is close by. It also has cinemas and an ice-skating rink

ATTRACTIONS

It is about a 10- minute drive to Avoca and another five minutes to Terrigal where there are numerous cafes and a five star Hotel. Copacabana and McMasters beaches are also nearby and you can drive to Ettalong, park your car and take a ferry to Palm Beach. A trip to the Hunter Valley vineyards is also a great day out from this area. Request price public holidays and long weekends.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is payable on arrival.
