The shopping village includes The White Sands Restaurant, a news agent & post Office, video store, hair dresser, bottle shop, fish and chip shop, two coffee shops and a general store.

What to expect

The unit has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen with slider door access to the covered deck.

The kitchen is modern and to a high standard and includes microwave, dish washer, electric oven and hobs, large fridge and fully equipped cooking and crockery.

The lounge includes leather sofas, LCD flat screen TV, DVD and Foxtel as well as surround sound system.

Reverse cycle air conditioning ensures a comfortable temperature all year around.

The deck is large and is ideal for entertaining with a large outdoor setting and BBQ.

Laze away the afternoon with a good book and a glass of chianti in the wicker hanging basket chair or catch up on some zzz's in the hammock with the soft coastal breeze caressing your face.

Great views of the ocean will have you mesmerised.

To the side of the property, the private deck continues with another outdoor setting. Here you can rinse off the salt water and sand before taking a moment to relax with your favourite drop in the spa.

There is a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer. At the rear of the house is off street parking under a car port.

The owner is happy to alllow the use of two canoes for careful use by responsible adults on the lagoon. The owners stress that use of the canoes is entirely at the clients own risk.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 is large with queen size bed and with ample room for a porta cot. (This can be provided on request FOC.) There is also a generous sized wardrobe and storage unit and a TV with an integral video player.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and wardrobe with storage unit.

Down the external stairs there is a 'bunk room' which has twin beds and appropriate storge capacity

Sheets, pillowcases and towels will all be provided as will australian made toiletries.
