Enter by the front path into the Garden Room/verandah, and you will find character and privacy in a self contained area with four bedrooms, bathrooms, dining room, and kitchen.
The Sitting Room opens on to a large verandah overlooking the swimming pool through trees to extensive lawns and garden.
A path skirts the parking area and pool, leading to the Summmer House, and over lawns to the Rose Arbor at the end of the garden, where the Mulberry tree has its' own corner.
