Nestled below the Watagan Mountains in the Hunter Valley Wine Region of NSW and just minutes from boutique vineyards, cellar doors, concert venues and fine cuisine, we offer exclusive use of WATAGAN VIEW, our executive residence on 5 very private acres.

This beautiful modern residence with mountain views from every room is located close to Cessnock and Pokolbin and just one hour from Newcastle CBD, two hours from Sydney Airport and just 40 minutes from the NSW Central Coast.

With five queen sized bedrooms WATAGAN VIEW will indulge up to 10 guests in luxurious comfort. The huge master bedroom overlooks the pool and offers a retreat, ensuite and dressing room. There are two other bathrooms with separate toilets. The internal spa also has spectacular mountain views as does the inground pool which is solar-heated and internally lit for that midnight dip.

All three living areas have TV's and the larger also has a billiard / snooker table. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and large recreational area, perfect for entertaining family and friends. The lounge room has reclining leather lounges from which to enjoy the TV with surround sound, DVD and Foxtel.

The residence has fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you comfortable year round. There is also an outdoor paved BBQ area overlooking the pool and complete with Gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Upstarrs, the sunset deck is a wonderful space to relax and unwind.

All linen and towels are provided along with a selection of teas, coffee, along with many extras. Everything is ready for you to put up your feet and relax and take in the views.

WATAGAN VIEW is a peaceful, centrally located, luxury stay. Our sunset deck has been host to an intimate wedding and many evenings of BBQ's and celebrations.
