Near new luxury boutique accommodation. 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. The house has a large rear deck over looking the Dam wall & filtered water views of the lake. Within walking distance to town (10min). Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious lounge & dinning area with TV, DVD, CD & surround sound. All rooms have their own heater. Has a ski/drying room for lockable storge of ski/boards etc. Undercover parking for 3 cars & an area where ski/fishing boats can be kept. All bedding is supplied. RATED AS PREMIER ACCOMMODATION BY ALPINE RESORT & TRAVEL CENTRE. Get 10% your ski/board hire when you stay at Jindy House.

Deposit & Bond

Deposit $200 or 20% which ever is higher. Bond $300.
(deposit to be paid within 5 days, balance to be paid in full + bond 30 days prior to arrival). (Bond will be refunded within 14 days of departure)

Location & Layout

Near new 4 bedroom house. Main has ensuite. Large rooms all have built-ins. Located in the Jindabyne township 25min from the snowfields. 2min from the lake. 5 hours South of Sydney, 2hrs south of Canberra & 7hrs south of Newcastle.
Jindabyne is approx 40min from Cooma & 30min from Cooma airport

Spring is here, snow melting well under way, the rivers & streams are full. Great time for bush walking, mountain biking, kayaking & water sking.

There is a small caretakers residence below (This is only for the manager/owner.)
