Great place to stay, clean, comfortable and fully equipped. We were so entertained by the games and movies provided that we didn't even go down to the beach! Would definitely choose this place again and stay for longer.

We spent Christmas at Ocean Break and it was fantastic. So well equipped that we could indulge in all our favourite foods. The children loved it, they felt at home. We have put it on our list of 'return to one day'.

Ocean Break is a wonderful place to stay. It is well set up and has everything you need. Whilst it isn't on the beach front it is only a short walk to the beach which is great for the exercise.

Sandy & Pam, Ocean Break was one of the most relaxing places we have ever stayed! Electric blankets, the most comfortable beds, open space, attention to detail and excellent location made it an absolute winner. With beautiful beaches nearby and only a short drive to (what we think is the best bakery in Australia) - Pt Elliot bakery of course - it all made for a wonderful holiday. Faultless accommodation, really comfortable & well stocked. We visited during some really wet weather but still had a great break-tucked in cosy each evening. Would love to be there in warm weather to enjoy all the wonderful outside areas too. I would definitely return.

An excellent getaway for the family with loads to see and do in the area. The house was well presented and was big enough for our whole family. With secure yards for the kids to play in and an outdoor escape for the adults, it was a great place to stay. We'll be back!!

this was a great place to stay for a relaxing break from the city. The facilities were fantanstic...the place comes equipped with tv and dvd player (just what a holiday needs), not to mention it's close to a general store and the beach.
It was cosy and comfortable, and we definitely appreciated to quilts, electric blankets and the heater.

This wonderful home was pristine in it's cleanliness but also homely. My family, with 2 young children had a wonderful safe time and Middleton is definately in the Middle... Everything is either way and the beach is wonderful. Tip, bring your own DVDs, books and enjoy all the other amenities because they are many.

What a great little holiday house, this house is absolutely immaculate with lovely seaside decor. Close to both Victor and Goolwa to enjoy all they have to offer. A very relaxing stay (if you can say that with 3 children under 6), highly recommended.

2nd time around and Ocean Break just as good as ever. Great location on the coastline central to all facilities and attractions. A home away from home with all amenities. Love the BBQ and stereo/DVD set up. This time went to Greenhills and had a ball. Will definitely book again with rates so reasonable. Can't do better.

The family and I arrived at Ocean Break a bit worried about what we would find having never hired a holiday house before. I must say it was delightful, a very comfortable and clean home with all the amenitities one would require. The location right across from the Middleton shops was a bonus with the beach within walking distance. Overall a very peaceful and relaxing destination.

We had a fantastic time, the owners had thought of everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The property was obviously well cared for and a lot of thought went into the setup. "Ocean Break" had a great beach theme and was very clean and comfortable. The information folder was fantastic.
