Description

Saltaire is a bright and spacious weatherboard cottage set in a very pretty native garden, fully fenced for pets and small children. The native garden attracts many colourful native birds.With two bedrooms, one double and one queen, and a double sofa bed in the living room, it can be enjoyed by a family or two to three couples wanting to escape for a weekend or longer.
The cottage is totally self contained with a fully equipped kitchen and large living/dining area with air conditioning, television, video, sound system, books and games. Saltaire is a short stroll to the beautiful Port Willunga Beach and the renowned Star of Greece Cafe. Enjoy the beach, relax in the garden or explore the Southern Vales wineries and the magnificent Fleurieu Peninsula at any time of the year.

we have just completed our new even more luxurious Saltaire Yellow cottage which has extra features including : separate spa bath, ducted a/c etc . It is an identical design and adjacent to Saltiare Blue allowing larger group stays if required

  • "Hi James, We all had a great time on Saturday night - we all really enjoyed staying at Saltaire yellow. All the little things were there - tissues, chockies, fruit, heaps of breakfast supplies and so many pots and pans. We cooked up breakfast, and all the cutlery and kitchenware made it really easy. We took advantage of the coffee and hot chocolate too..... It was also nice to relax outside. There were heaps of nice towels for everyone, including facewashers, which are not always provided by accommodation places and earn extra points with me! We thought about playing one of the games provided but they all seemed too intellectual for a Saturday night! So the DVD player and DVDs supplied were fabulous! One of the couples are very keen on returning with their dogs - they were really impressed, as was I, and hopefully David and I will be back as well. We also got our booking in Star of Greece - the food was as good as I remember it being. Thanks for supplying the numbers and advice on opening times. Thanks again - staying at Saltaire made up part a big part of a great weekend."
