A spacious, light filled house with a superbly equiped kitchen including an expresso coffee machine, new beds, a Balinese daybed on the deck and a hammock for two.
This pole house is elevated to catch the summer breeze and the winter sun. The rear of the house is open plan with floor to ceiling doors and windows opening to a large, partly covered deck amongst the trees, complete with BBQ, and outdoor furniture,in the garden below an outdoor wood oven ideal for pizzas, bread and slow roasts.
Manyana is approx. 3 hours from Sydney CBD and surrounded by the Conjola National Park.
7 minutes walk from Blue will take you to Manyana's pristine beach cradled by sandunes and bushland, perfect for a swimming, boogy boarding or walking.
Blue is the perfect escape for a winter break too! The house is sun filled and gas heating provides a cosy haven. This is an ideal time of year for walks or simply relaxing.
Places to visit and things to do around Manyana
Play tennis, basketball or soccer in the next block.
You can canoe on Lake Conjola all the way to Fisherman's Paradise to catch lunch.
You can explore Pigeon House Mountain which overlooks the whole of Shoalhaven. It is a demanding bush walk that will take you to the most spectacular lookout.
You will find the local wineries have great restaurants and Milton has the best restaurants, delicatessens and butcher in the area. There is a local shop (with bottle shop) at Bendalong, offering friendly service and a perfect rescue in case of emergencies.
Blue, food is life
The house was designed as an entertaining home. The open plan layout and the placement of the kitchen with its luxurious Delongi 900 stove makes Blue a foodies paradise. In our wonderful wood fired oven you can bake, roast or simply sit by the fire in the evenings.
Our growing garden includes figs, grapes, mangoes, avocados, bananas, passionfruit, lemons, limes, kaffir limes, olives, oranges, mulberry, apple, cherry and persimmons and the herbs mint, lemongrass, rosemary, bay leaf and thyme.
Two light, spacious and private identical double bedrooms, each have new queen size beds and built in wardrobes. Be lulled to sleep by the rhythm of the sea.
Pillows, doonas and blankets provided, sheets and towels are to be provided by the tenants.
A minimum $60 cleaning fee applies per rental
