+ sofa bed available if required.
Cottage is accessable / wheel chair friendly.
LINEN SERVICE IS an additional cost and compulsory - Double bed $10.00 or $10.00 for each single bed.

1 night = $125.00 < $250.00 + Cleanng fee
2 nights = $250.00 < $390.00 + Cleaning fee
3 nights = $375.00 < $530.00
4 nights = $500.00 < $670.00
5 nights = $600.00 < $790.00
6 nights = $650.00 < $890.00
7 nights = $700.00 < $990.00
2nd consecutive week =$600.00 > $800.00
$50.00 cleaning fee to be added to stays of 1-2 nights only.
Linen (sheets & bath towel): $10.00 per person per stay
50% deposit required on booking, remainer required 7days prior to stay.

$150.00 per night
Direct Bank deposit
50% deposit required at time of booking.
