Driftwood House is a beautifully appointed timber beach house renovated with simplicity and coastal living in mind. Its the ideal getaway for a couple or small family.

Perched above the native coastal vegetation with water views of Foxes Lake or \"the Outlet\" as the locals affectionally call it. It is constructed of locally sawn timber and has floor to ceiling windows.

With plenty of natural light, it has a large living with LCD TV and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a gorgeous bathroom with spa bath and two bedrooms. The main bedroom is a queen with wool topped mattress and the other bedroom has a single bed, we can also offer a foldaway bed. Both are made up with fresh linen and towels.

Unwind and enjoy a complimentary bottle of local wine on arrival. Also included is a selection of teas, ground coffee, fresh bread and produce, including bacon, eggs and tomato for your breakfast.

This wonderful, stylish beach house in historic Robe, takes full advantage of its coastal location. Only 75 steps to secluded little Foxes beach, a great spot for shell spotting. It’s also ideal for taking refreshing long walks along beautiful Long Beach or fishing in the fresh water estuary.

So close to the beach that you can hear the waves.

Robe, Wine and Seafood

The historic seaside township of Robe is one of South Australias most popular seaside destinations.
Enjoy the magnificent coastal cliffside walks, stroll along the beaches, take a heritage walk through the town centre or bushwalk in the Little Dip Conservation Park.
Visit the local vineyards for some wine tasting, enjoy fresh lobster(in season) or dine on local produce in the local restaurants. Try some fishing from the jetty or take a fishing charter out into Guichen Bay.
