UPDATED COVID-19 PROTOCOLS FOR CHECK-IN AND MAID SERVICE

Walkthrough and Personal greetings is not be feasible at the moment. This is to maintain a safe and secure environment for our valued guests and Our staff.
We ask guests to contact us as soon as they land at the airport. When you arrive at the villa, One of our team will stop by to meet you and answer any questions that you may have.

Furthermore, As we try to observe social distancing and less contact to guests, Daily Maid service is not available for the time being. However, Maid service is provided midway during the guest stay . PLEASE NOTE: House needs to be vacant to provide this service for the safety of our staff and the guests. Maids will change linens and towels once during a one week stay. A card will be put on each room/bedroom that it has been cleaned and sanitized already.
