We really had a great time and there was plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 children. It was really convenient to all the Gold Coast attractions, close to supermarkets, bottle shops and Pacific Fair.

Wow what a treat, the house was huge, we had 10 adult and 4 kids. House was very clean and had everythink we required, like Richard said all you need is yourself, spending money and camera. The big kids (meaning the adult men) had a great time fishing as did the little kids, the boat was a huge hit. We even caught a Sting Ray. Lot of space to have time out if required, I would definately be recommeding the place to everyone i know going to Queensland as a group. Thanks Richard for a great holiday.
We stayed with another family, four adults and five kids in total. The children were well catered for with DVD's, pool, canal, boat and fishing gear. The home was big enough for us to have space to ourselves, which made for a very relaxing time. The house was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. We would definitely stay again if we returned to the Gold Coast and would highly recommend.
A nice house, felt a bit sad that although we paid for the whole house to be occupied some rooms were closed off (we paid for extra people who didn't join us) - meant that kids shared rooms and a bit less sleep than would have been nice. Great position, the boat a real plus, didn't catch any fish off the wharf, though.Would return.
Staying in the Gold Coast during a cyclone week wasn't perhaps the best idea in the world, especially when three family units are all staying in the same house, but we had a great time. The house is perfectly suited for multi-family stays... large enough to all play together but also large enough to escape if you need some time apart. The kids loved the pool, and the boat tied to the end of the jetty made their holiday. It was so close to Pacific Fair that eating at home was a breeze - the large deck meant we could have big family meals together on the days it wasn't raining. Would highly recommend it if you have a large group of people.
The place was absolute bliss, spent most of our days enjoying the pool area and spent lazy afternoons watching movies from the great selection on offer.

We stayed for a week and it was a lovely house really catered for everything even know it rained we got the weekend in and the kids loved fishing and they caught 2 little bream of the wharf.
It was excellent to lay back and watch a movie on the big screen which we did a lot of as it rained.
We will recommend to all our friends next time we go we could take the extended families and still have lots of room to move.

We had the most fantastic holiday at Sunshine Waters. It was perfect for a large group and as we had 3 families with 6 adults and 9 children the extra space was excellent. The outdoor deck, pool, boat and huge TV's were a big hit with everyone and we all really enjoyed our stay!
What a great house. We had a fantastic time on the Gold Coast especially when you can come home and just unwind after having a big day out with the kids. The house was very well presented and clean and the kids loved the use of the pool, the boat and the many DVDs that they got to watch. Thanks to Richard and his family for making this a wonderful holiday and would love to stay again
