  • "Wow! We stayed at this house over Christmas with all the family, 13 of us babies and grandparents included. It was a wonderful location and a fantastic house, perfectly suited to our needs. There was space for the kids to keep entertained when we needed a bit of peace. The pool was very popular and the kids, both young and old, had great fun trying to catch the elusive jumping fish which taunted us around the jetty. Three generations had a great time staying there and we highly recommend the place to anyone and everyone. Many thanks for helping to make our holidays so memorable and enjoyable."

  • "this is was one of the best holiday ever, and the fact that we were able to rent this place made it even more amazing, Richard and his wife was very accomondative, the entire place made felt just like at home, i will definitely recommend this property out to any 1 who is there to have fun and have a relaxing holiday. we had a group of 13 people and guess what, we couldnt even fill up the house, cos there was just so many beds around. if we go Gold Coast again, we will definitely be renting this house again if its available!"

  • "Had a great time, weather was great, the house was fantastic, had a couple of problems with the plumbing and Richard was right on to it for us, with the Plumber out the same day, the kids had a great time in the pool (even though the neighbour didn't like kids laughing yelling in the mornings(s), the only thing we would suggest would be heavier curtains in the rooms, (kids got up too early when the sun hit the rooms-mums/dads like to sleep in while on holiday), good secure venue for young children, and perfect for groups to stay, we weren't under each others feet, would recommend it to families alike, cheers Richard, Darrel "

  • "Wow what a treat, the house was huge, we had 10 adult and 4 kids. House was very clean and had everythink we required, like Richard said all you need is yourself, spending money and camera. The big kids (meaning the adult men) had a great time fishing as did the little kids, the boat was a huge hit. We even caught a Sting Ray. Lot of space to have time out if required, I would definately be recommeding the place to everyone i know going to Queensland as a group. Thanks Richard for a great holiday. "

  • "We stayed with another family, four adults and five kids in total. The children were well catered for with DVD's, pool, canal, boat and fishing gear. The home was big enough for us to have space to ourselves, which made for a very relaxing time. The house was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed. We would definitely stay again if we returned to the Gold Coast and would highly recommend."

  • "A nice house, felt a bit sad that although we paid for the whole house to be occupied some rooms were closed off (we paid for extra people who didn't join us) - meant that kids shared rooms and a bit less sleep than would have been nice. Great position, the boat a real plus, didn't catch any fish off the wharf, though.Would return."

  • "Staying in the Gold Coast during a cyclone week wasn't perhaps the best idea in the world, especially when three family units are all staying in the same house, but we had a great time. The house is perfectly suited for multi-family stays... large enough to all play together but also large enough to escape if you need some time apart. The kids loved the pool, and the boat tied to the end of the jetty made their holiday. It was so close to Pacific Fair that eating at home was a breeze - the large deck meant we could have big family meals together on the days it wasn't raining. Would highly recommend it if you have a large group of people."
