Nice, quiet, comfortable, 1st floor, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in excellent location, just 5 minutes to the Melbourne city centre and surrounded by trams. It's just 50 metres to the fashionable Lygon Street (Melbourne's Italian restaurant precinct) and only 200 metres to Swanston Street and Melbourne University. Trams galore and the free city tourist bus picks up just around the corner.
Perfect for couples, families or friends visiting Melbourne.
We charge per apartment, not per person.

Discounts apply to bookings of 7-nights or more.
Bookings of 10-nights or longer are offered a free weekly mid-stay apartment clean, which includes changing bed linen and refreshing bath towels.

Living Room - 1 x sofa bed (sofa bed linen - $30 charge).
Porta-cots and high chairs are available upon request (at no charge) - cot linen is not supplied.
One free under-building car parking space is provided (maximum height clearance 2.3m).
The apartment itself is light-filled and well-appointed, with polished floorboards throughout. The separate kitchen has most of your general cooking needs and includes dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. The central bathroom has shower over bath, a hairdryer, a clothes washer and clothes dryer. The open-plan living/dining room is stylishly furnished with a 6-seater dining table and chairs, coffee table, television/entertainment unit and a 3-seater sofa lounge, which converts to a sofa bed for a fifth person. The living room also contains a 76cm LCD television and surround sound home theatre lifestyle system. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, fresh air and natural light. The apartment has heating throughout, but no airconditioning.
Internet is available at the newsagency around the corner.
Woolworths Supermarket is just around the corner.

Check in: anytime after 2pm (luggage drop and key collection can be from 10:30am by prior arrangement)
Check out: before 10am (luggage can be stored until 1pm)
