Zephyr Studio is a stylishly appointed 10 year-old property featuring 2 architecturally designed, passive solar, fully self contained, pavilion-style apartments. Situated just 5 minutes walk from beautiful Gnarabup Beach in the famous Margaret River wine and surf region of south-west Western Australia.
Zephyr studio includes an undercover outdoor spa and barbeque facility whilst Orion studio has barbeque facility only.
Both studio apartments feature spacious open living areas with Tasmanian Oak floorboards and solid timber sleeping mezzanines, plus full kitchen, bathroom, laundry and entertainment facilities. Original artworks and object, antique furniture and hand knotted Persian, tribal and Chinese rugs give each studio apartment a completely individual feel.
Nestled amongst fragrant whispering Western Australian Peppermint trees, with ocean and sunset views and fresh sea breezes, Zephyr Studio Apartments offer a relaxed, private and stylish alternative to the commercial properties in the area.
Passive solar features include cross ventilation and ceiling fans for cooling in summer, whilst northern winter sun and gas heating make for a cosy winter retreat.
Safe swimming beaches and boat ramp are just a two minute drive away or a five minute stroll along a shady peppermint tree-lined track. Walk to general/liquor store, casual and a la carte dining, bar and surf shop facilities or take a five minute drive to Margaret Rivers
world famous Point, Rivermouth, Boodjidup, Bombies and Grunters surf breaks. Short drive to Margaret River township, restaurants, bars, galleries, shopping and award-winning wineries.
Gourmet continental breakfast and a bottle of Margaret River wine are provided free-of-charge in Zephyr and Orion Studios to further enhance your stay.
