Situated on the edge of Smiths Lake boasting fabulous views and breathtaking sunsets. This newly refurbished Cottage is beautifully positioned to take in all that Smiths Lake has to offer. All living areas open onto the deck with water views from almost every room.

The entertaining deck with BBQ is open to the large Lawn perfect for croquet with a wide open vista of the lake. There is a pro table tennis and plenty of games including a good selection of books.

For your entertainment we have flat screen TV with surround sound stereo. Bring your DVDs or you can get a greater selection at the General store for hire.

Level direct access to the waters edge where you can moor your boat to enjoy this magnificent lake.

We offer full linen service for a small charge per person. If all you want to do is bring your bags. Just ask and we can make it easy for you!

Location

The waterfront at Lakes Folly is reasonably deep and suitable for mooring your boat. It is only a short stroll to the sandy shores of Smiths Lake, where you can walk along to Frothy Coffee at Amaroo Beach. When there you can enjoy a Latte\' and light refreshments. Along side this is the boat ramp where you can hire Kayak\'s, boats and canoes. Around the bend is the huge gigantic sandbar which divides the lake from the ocean at Cellito Beach.

A few minutes away by car and you will find the pristine surf beaches of The Pacific Palms region namely Bluey\'s, Boomerang and Elizabeth Beach\'s north of here and only 6 kilometres south to the turn off for Seal Rocks which is well worth a visit .

Marvel at the abundant bird life synonymous to this area.

The Area

Smiths Lake, Pacific Palms is just under 3 hours north of Sydney. Just 20 minutes south of Forster. The cottage is on Amaroo Drive Smiths Lake 2428 for your \'where is\' map.

The Local area can cater for most of your needs with the general store/newsagent, butcher, baker and liquor store. The lakes cafe provide great eat in and take away food and the best coffee this side of Sydney.

The local Bowling club at Smiths and Rec Club on the Lakes Way provide good meals at a fair price. There are also a few quality restaurants at Blueys and Boomerang Beaches.
