Absolutely immaculate,very warm feel, no-through road, very quiet, 4 kms to surfers, 4 km to seaworld, 3 mins to australia fair shopping, 15 mins dreamworld, wet 'n' wild, movieworld. 100 metres to chirn park shops, Restaurants x 4, liquor shops x 2, take away x 4, Grocery shops x 2, bakery x 2, pharmacy, Newsagent, Hairdresser (Ask for brochure with full listing). No car needed bus stop 100mt. House is suitable to a couple's & Small families of 5 looking for quality accomodation, very quite yet close to all the action and attractions.
