Comfortably accommodates 4 people with QS main bedroom and 2nd bedroom with King bed (that can be split to be 2 singles if required).

Lounge with large flat screen TV, DVD & CD player Dining table seats 6, Washer/dryer. The kitchen has a stainless steel oven, ceramic hotplates, fridge, d/washer and microwave. The apartment is comfortably air conditioned with remote control access. Heating throughout.

Main bedroom has QS bed, own TV and high speed ADSL connection.

Secure parking for 2 vehicles. Telephone (local calls included in rate).

Wonderful location in St Kilda Road business district, short tram ride to the National Gallery and city, 80m from tennis practice courts, short walk to Albert Park. 5 min tram ride to Chapel St, Toorak, Luna Park and the St Kilda promenade.

All bookings include all bed linen, towels, and interim or weekly cleaning for stays of longer than a week

MINIMUM STAYS: We accept any length of stay at any time if it joins directly onto an existing booking, otherwise the following minimum stays apply:
7 night minimum for bookings made more than 3 months in advance, 5 night minimum for bookings 1-3 months in advance, 1-2 night bookings by arrangement
