  • "Position, position, position would sum up this property. On the beach & centrally located to coffee shop, take away food, restraurants, bottle shop & tennis courts. Had a lovely relaxing 10 days with the wife and 2 teenage boys who had a ball. Property is not big but ample. Owner is a pleasure to deal with and a great communicator. Will return.   • "An absolutely lovely place to stay in Avoca. Literally metres from the beach, and a really short stroll to shops and cafes. The apartment has all that you need for a relaxing beach holiday, as well as those special things like a small dvd and magazine collection at your disposal. I would recommend this to ANYONE. A++! p.s - the shower head is amazing! You'll find it very hard to have short showers :)"

The accommodation is basic but comfortable, and what a great location -only metres to the beach and with coffee shops and restaurants an easy stroll away.   • "This is an excellent basic and comfortable property. The location is its best asset - right on the beach and accross the road from main Avoca shops. We are a family of 5 and the 2 bedrooms accomadated all of us just fine with 2 kids sleeping in a double. Kitchen, loungeroom, bathroom all fine - basic but comfortable. View of the beach and surf from loungeroom. If the beach is your focus, the property is good value. "
