Swan Bay Home is a newly built 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, double storey holiday house with sensational water views overlooking the Treed Reserve and beyond to Swan Bay.

The home offers relaxing, romantic or foodie getaways for couples or groups. You’re only a short walk away from discovering the heritage pubs, cafés, restaurants and shops of the charming, historical seaside township of Queenscliff. Or simply step outside over the sand dunes to where Queenscliff’s premier safe swimming beach awaits you.

This spacious house has a fully equipped kitchen and offers three different living areas, providing plenty of opportunity to relax and unwind. One living area has a gas log fire – perfect for snuggling on those cosy winter nights – and is equipped with a TV, video/DVD player and a stereo. And on those warm summer evenings sit back and enjoy the fabulous views from the upstairs balcony or simply enjoy the comforts of the air conditioning.

Also for your comfort, the outdoor entertaining area with private garden allows you to enjoy your own cooked bbq meal with family and friends.

The children can safely play on the adventure playground within your own backyard whilst you enjoy your al fresco dining.

Accommodation can easily sleep up to 6. The master bedroom features a queen-size bedroom with ensuite; whilst 2 additional twin bedrooms share a main bathroom and provide flexibility for families and groups. All rooms are equipped with heaters and fans to ensure your comfort throughout the seasons.

Guests can listen to the birdlife whilst enjoying a drink, having a snack, sharing good conversation, reading or just relaxing on the sofa. You can catch the colourful Blues train which travels along the shores of the bay to Drysdale before returning to Queenscliff. The Bellarine region offers a unique blend of eateries, wineries and galleries with enough choice for any visitor. If that isn’t enough a short ferry trip to Sorrento offers yet more delights.

If steam trains are your thing, dont miss out on the experience and take the family on a journey aboard the Bellarine Peninsula Railway for a return journey from Queenscliff to Drysdale. Steam train trips are relaxing family entertainment. Children love the colour, movement and sound of the team locomotives and the older generations experience nostalgia reliving the times when steam trains were an every day part of travel. For music lovers and/or perhaps corporate functions why not consider Victoria\'s best blues musicians with a meal and show and join a progressive party on the Legendary Blues Train.
