Carrickalinga Beach House is a pleasant 1 hr drive from Adelaide and only a quick one minute walk to the beach.This home sleeps up to 8 so is ideal for 2 families.
It is located very close to Gold Coast Drive (Gold Coast Drive is the Carrickalinga Esplanade).
The house is fully self contained so all you need bring is your linen- towels, tea towels, sheets, personal provisions.
Quilts/pillows provided for 8 people.
There are 3 Bedrooms.Bedroom 1 has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 is smaller and has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds* sleeping 4, and 1 single bed.
*(Adults please supervise young children at all times in bunk beds, as whilst they are a novelty for kids, they can be a danger too)
The fully self contained kitchen has everything you need, with crockery, cutlery, glassware etc, and equipped with full cooking facilities including oven, cooktop, microwave.
The large dining/living area gives everyone plenty of room to relax and share good times. Enjoy the complimentary Inhouse DVD's.There is a 'kiddy corner'
There is a main bathroom with shower.A smaller 2nd bathroom has a shower over a small bathtub, toilet and washing machine.
The large front balcony and deck is the perfect spot for a BBQ while you enjoy the sea breezes that Carrickalinga is famous for.
If you are looking for fun , then the undercover/enclosed games room which adjoins the house is just the spot. A foosball table will provide hours of fun for the big and little 'kids'. If the weather is a little cool, there is plenty of room for an 'indoor' barbie.
Carrickalinga is just a hop ,skip and jump from Normanville and Yankalilla where you will find supermarkets,bank, pubs, post office, chemist, video store, restaurants, cafes, golf course and much more. Be sure to visit Mins Chinese restaurant in Normanville for a great , affordable family night out. For the latest in surf gear visit Anne Marie at the Surf Shop. A stop at the Yankalilla Bakery is a must- the best apple turnovers!
