ON THE BEACH has a great feeling about it, you'll know you're on holiday the minute you step through the door..

The interior has been tastefully decorated, with comfortable and good quality furniture . We have aimed to give the house a relaxing and calming feel through the use of natural colours and tones..Great split level layout for kids and parents..everyone gets their own space

Recently updated and renovated including a new kitchen, laundry and bathroom

From the huge deck and across the lawn to the beautiful white sands of Callala Beach..ready to swim, kayak, boogie board..or use the sand as an extention of the yard and play cricket, soccer..
And at the front of the house is an enclosed grass area perfect for more games with the kids! or a deck to sit on and watch them.

Pretty much the perfect family holiday house and location..relax knowing the children are safe in the most stunning crystal clear water, whilst having the time of their life!!

Small dogs are welcome on discussion with owner ( under 5 kilos please)

Beachhouse perfect for family groups and couples

The beachhouse is well designed to house 2 families ( ie, 4 adults and 4-6 children), or a group of 8 adults

ON THE BEACH does however include a King bed, Queen bed, and singles/bunks


This is a great set up for 2 families or group..including a tv/games area on the ground level

There is a main bathroom with spa bath ,shower, and laundry. And a separate toilet. And there is also an outside hot/cold shower. There is another guest bathroom too

On the Giant deck is comfy deckchairs , bench seating, and a BBQ.

The open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area has been well designed for the family. It is bright and spacious with fantastic elevated views to the beach and Jervis Bay. Enjoy the views without having to stand up!

Includes plasma TV in the main room with Austar ( and vcr/dvd) an Ipod docking station..plus additional TVs and vcr/dvd units set up in 2 other rooms.


The front yard is a great space for kids/small dogs..recently fenced in with great lawn space. Also timber deck and sunloungers to catch morning and afternoon sun..

The fine print!..Oh, And youll be dealing eith the owners direct NO AGENTS!!!!

NO SCHOOLIE GROUPS
We are not in a position to accept schoolie groups in November, so please don't request!

Acceptance of bookings from other groups will need to be discussed with the owner.

RATES
Rates are based on a a maximum of 8 ppl staying.

Due to problems in the past with large groups, this is something that we have to enforce. The only exception is with discussion with the owner, and will generally only be extended for family groups

Please always confirm rates with owner, and check out specials!!!! As things do change depending on demand..or lack of!

BOND
As we have set up a nice place for you, we will require $500-$1000 bond depending on the timing/length of your stay


DEPOSIT
To secure the beachhouse, a 20% DEPOSIT is required. If booking cancelled within 7 days this will be forfieted

CLEANING
The price for the weekend stay is $100, and week long stays $130. This has been incorporated into the tarriff

LINEN
Guests are to take own linen ( sheets and towels)

CHECK IN
Check in times will be confirmed with each booking..
(all depending on guests booked in around you)..I will always try to give you the most time in the house as possible

As a general rule..
Check in 2pm, check out 10 30am

Minumum stay is 2 days. In school holidays, 5 days minimum.
