The Villa is situated in the well maintained secure complex of Broadwater Beach Executive Villas with direct access to the beach (no roads to cross), perfect for family holidays & couples wanting self-contained accommodation. Facilities include: Pool/spa & tennis court, adjacent dining hall/shopping complex, nearby wineries & restaurants- the list goes on.
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately the Villa is not suitable for group stays where the majority of occupants are under the age of 21 such as Leavers/University vacations.The Villas are predominately used by families & couples.
The self-contained Villa is well appointed with spacious accommodation for 8 people (3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms) & is well suited to families & couples. The large upsatirs air conditioned loft area doubles as a 3rd bedroom/second living area with TV/DVD. A 2 car carport is right at your doorstep. (Please note- Parking is limited & there is a restriction of 2 cars per unit.)
Living/dining areas are recently refurnished & include reverse cycle air conditioning. Full HD Plasma TV, DVD & stereo are provided as well as a second TV/DVD in the upstairs loft area. HD Foxtel and wi-fi broadband internet are provided free of charge. Facilities include a fully equiped kitchen (including microwave & dishwasher) and laundry (including w/machine & dryer) with an outdoor drying courtyard. A private outdoor patio area makes for a pleasant dining option complete with BBQ. The Villa is also equiped with a high chair.
The sleeping arrangements comprise of a king size bed in the main bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom (both have BIR) and a large upstairs loft area with 2 single beds and a queen size bed. There is also a second bathroom with a separate toilet downstairs.
All linen & cleaning is included in the tariff.
Several methods of payment are available including Credit Card- Visa or Mastercard.
Note: Pricing is subject to change, and a minimum stay period and other conditions may apply. You should confirm pricing with the property owner.
Please enquire for a firm price as discounts may apply for certain booking periods and on longer stays. 3nt minimum stay for public holiday long weekends & 4nt min for Easter.
