Coolum Beach "Santa Monica" has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and sleeps seven people and is situated 400m from a dog friendly beach. There are patrolled beaches, surf clubs, cafes and restaurants and all amenities within 4-500 metres.
This resort style modern house accommodates 7 people. It has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen. Aircon and ceiling fans throughout. Plus a Cardiff Air ventilation draft system.
There is a fabulously large pool and outside setting which includes dining area and BBQ. At night you can enjoy your meal and relax over a glass of wine by the pool. The facilities include a TV with Austar, a DVD/Video player and stereo. A telephone for local calls and Broadband Internet are also available.
A pingpong table is provided for entertainment along with other games.
The property is fully fenced providing your pets and children with suitable security. The garden is a delightful oasis and you will find that you could actually be in your own tropical island. Linen is provided and is a comulsary extra cost.
